Once more, with feeling: Ant-Man spoilers ahead. Wait, is even saying that in this context a spoiler? Can everyone who’s left please just go see it this weekend?
SO. As you probably know by now, one of the post-credits scenes for Ant-Man sets up Evangeline Lilly’s Hope Van Dyne as the Wasp, and now that we’ve all seen the alternative designs, Marvel’s released (via MovieWeb) a full image of the new Wasp suit briefly seen in the movie’s stinger (pun very intended). Check it out in all of its winged glory:
Sadly, it’ll be a while before we get to see it in action, as Wasp was eventually cut from the jam-packed Captain America: Civil War. But hopefully Kevin Feige’s reasoning that Wasp’s first full outing should come with a little more screen time wasn’t just rationalization, and she’ll get the respect she deserves soon.
