    I’ve cosplayed a couple times at Comic-Con, but when you’re waiting in lines for 4-10 hours and sitting in panels for another 5, it’s hard to get yourself to do it. I just save it for the masquerade these days.

    I wonder how many of these people have made the jump from cosplay to costume designer or make up artist? Because some of the cosplay I’ve seen shows some really incredible stuff.

    The make up for Engineer is insanely impressive. I feel like Carmen’s outfit would give me a heat stroke, but props for the enthusiasm.

    Professor Jones and the Grail Knight – Yes!!!!  And Carmen Sandiego — good for her.  I tried that one year at Halloween but no one had a clue who I was.  Love the FemmeShip costume but will have to look up the reference (and she looks a bit like Claudia from Warehouse 13).
