If You Ever Wanted To See Johnny Depp Talk to Kermit the Frog, Watch This

One of the most exciting things about there being a new Muppet movie on the way is watching Disney sow the publicity seeds, and this time they seem to be doing just the right things to tease the Muppets back into cultural consciousness: treating them like they were real celebrities, just like everybody else, going to movie premieres and bring a film crew along to record for their fans.

You just have to wait forty seconds as Kermit (who’s looking sprightly for a guy who turned fifty six yesterday) gets the PotC shilling out of the way an actually gets to talk to people, unnerve Johnny Depp, prove that Steven Tyler likes the Muppets, and kiss Vanessa Hudgens, Teri Hatcher, Kirstie Alley, Penelope Cruz, and Ian McShane.

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
