Clone Wars’ 100th Episode Tribute Video Will Remind You Why Star Wars Is Cool

I’ve never watched Star Wars: The Clone Wars (shhhh don’t tell friend of the blog, creator of Her Universe, and voice of Jedi apprentice Ahsoka Tano Ashley Eckstein), but I hear great things about it, and this video, commemorating the series’ 100th episode, upholds my suspicions. The episode will air tomorrow morning on Cartoon Network, one of five episodes before the conclusion of this season, after which the show will move to airing on Disney XD.

This montage tempts me into giving the show another chance. I stopped watching after the first two seasons because it felt extremely redundant and nonlinear–and did not live up to Genndy Tartakovsky’s animated microseries. Ahsoka is easily the most interesting character because there’s the ever-present question “Why is she missing from Episode III?”
