There’s just something about the diner scenes in Pulp Fiction that crowd, unasked, into other movies, like here, where I was hearing “I love you, Pumpkin. I love you, Honey Bunny.” throughout. Item 47, in case you missed the boat, is a Marvel Universe short that will be appearing in the DVD features of The Avengers when it releases in September. It tells the story of one couple who retrieve the titular item: a highly advanced alien rifle from the final battle sequences of The Avengers, and decide to go on some sort of crime spree.

I gotta say, it’s nice to see the lady being the one who has the criminal idea, and the guy as the one who needs convincing.
