Wonder Woman Rumors: Look Out for the Invisible Jet—And Batman

Recommended Videos

Let’s get to cranking the Wonder Woman rumor mill, because Joblo has put out a big passel of maybe-news about Gal Gadot’s star turn as the princess of Themyscira. Proceed carefully, friends—if true, all of the following is spoilerific!

We’ve reported before about the rumor that Wonder Woman will take place in multiple time periods: World War I and also the modern day. That rumor keeps going around with persistence, so it’s starting to feel true, even though it’s not yet confirmed. Today’s rumor-laden news adds that Circe and Ares are allegedly the main antagonists in the film, with Ares acting as a “puppet master.” Eva Green and Sean Bean are the rumored stars in talks to portray those roles.

A few plot points have also emerged, including a claim that Wonder Woman’s trusty Invisible Jet will aid her on her exploits. Lastly, the Wonder Woman movie is supposedly a prequel to Batman v Superman, and it’ll allegedly end with Batman emerging from the shadows to tell Wonder Woman he’s been watching her fight and he digs her moves. Plus he needs help with the whole “take down Superman” thing.

Whether this comes from real inside sources or is just an elaborate fan-fiction written by “Hollywood insiders,” no one can say for sure—but it sounds cool, no?
