Now this is something that I am pretty giddy about. Walgreens is going to be offering a Wonder Woman-themed beauty collection starting in May 2016! This info comes to us courtesy of comic book artist and writer Ming Doyle, who posted this image from her personal Twitter account from WonderCon yesterday. Based on this, it looks like we have a whole lot of fun accessories and makeup to look forward to when the collection hits stores in just a few months! (One of my favorite things about the collection is all of the clever names they have for the products they’ll be offering–see if you can spot them!)

Even if I can’t get my hands on most of the makeup (and I tend to be kind of minimal in my makeup-wear anyway), I think I’m going to have to shell out the dough to get one of those Wonder Woman makeup totes–based on the photo alone, that’s going to be right up my alley. It also looks like you’ll be able to get the entire set in some kind of “comic beauty book” that opens up to display everything in one handy place.
The other part about this I like is that you know it’ll be a relatively affordable makeup collection–I’ve always been a fan of companies that make it a little easier on our wallets when it comes to pairing our beauty interests with our geeky loves. (Sephora and I will always have a very complex relationship for this very reason, but that’s why I was pretty pumped for the Star Wars collection from CoverGirl.)
