After her time in the Harry Potter franchise, Emma Watson is no stranger to dealing with magical beasts, but a love story with one is a bit different from her past experience. So, of course, the two had to be put together for the comedic effect, resulting in a slightly-too-perfect merging of Voldemort and the new Beauty and the Beast.

Seriously, the only thing that’s a bit off about this excellent mashup is that the seamlessness of the editing kind of makes it a bit too believable. I think, in the alternate universe in which this were real, I might … actually be able to root for them, and I’m very uncomfortable with that feeling. You know, if we can forget the events of the entire Harry Potter franchise, that is.

I’m definitely here for Belle being a witch, though.
