Things We Saw Today: Bruce Campbell, Demon Slayer, Anti-Hero, Weatherman

Recommended Videos

You know what? Not surprised about this video. It’s always been my belief that maybe Bruce Campbell had a backup plan to be a fabulous weatherman. If you want to share this headcanon and see what it’d be like, check out this video. (via Topless Robot)

  • John Marcotte, founder of Heroic Girls, recently had surgery to deal with kidney/liver cancer. There’s currently a GoFundMe up to help Marcotte take care of his bills, which (if you live in America) you know can be astronomical. Help out an awesome person doing awesome things. Check it out!
  • Feminist shock-jocks Victator and NuBritt have created a pretty hilarious, pretty raunchy podcast that satisfies your morning radio needs without all that gross corporate radio filler. They “go off the rails and offend everyone they know and love while talking about sex, relationships, queerness, heteroshit, and general mayhem.” What’s not to love? (via e-mail tip)

A while back we reported that Bungie would be retconning out Peter Dinklage’s (in)famous voice acting as Ghost, the helpful companion bot in Destiny. He’s been replaced with Nolan North, famous for his work in the Uncharted series. You can get a glimpse at his rendition of Ghost in this Taken King trailer. (via Kotaku)

  • If you haven’t gotten enough of The Walking Dead‘s cast looking all menacingly at a camera (which seems to happen far too often), then take a gander at this trailer for season six, coming October 11th. It’s actually super neat because it plays with lighting, just like that old video explaining how lighting changes your face. (via Laughing Squid)
  • Need a date night idea? Stay in, relax, get under a comfy blanket and WITNESS SOME MAD MAX, complete with Imperator Furiosa shot courtesy of Fun Fiction Fandom. You know, for when you want to get drunk while you’re getting shiny and chrome. Personally speaking, though, just give me a solid bourbon and call it a night.

Plenty of stuff to see, isn’t there? We’ve undoubtedly missed some. So tell us: what did you see today?
