Things We Saw Today: Badass Body-Positive Cosplayer Shatters Expectations With Impeccable Costume Game


In addition to being a singer, artist, model, entertainer and makeup artist, Rhapsody Artajo has also somehow found the time to put together absolutely stunning cosplay. In a video spotlight at Nerdist, Artajo discusses being bullied and dismissed because of her weight, and how she learned to shut out the negativity and pursue what she loves. She delivers a manifesto for more than just cosplay, saying, “I want to stay relentlessly optimistic and contagiously confident.”
