I may be a little biased (given that we’re Twitter buddies), but I’m a huge fan of Leslie Jones on SNL–and this on-going bit where she shamelessly flirts with Weekend Update anchor Colin Jost is one of my absolute favorite things. NBC graciously put together a supercut so we can relive all of her best nicknames for him. (For me, it might be a tie between “sexy-ass blizzard” and “delicious marshmallow”.)
- Antonin Scalia, the longest-serving judge on the Supreme Court, died yesterday at the age of 79. (via BoingBoing)
- Remember the movie Harrison Ford is going to be doing with Natalie Dormer and Martin Freeman? Well, now Gillian Anderson is in talks to join Official Secrets. Yep, this movie is getting better all the time. (via Variety)
This knife-wielding crab escaped from a restaurant in Brazil. I wouldn’t want to face down a crab normally, and this one is even more intimidating. (via Neatorama)
- Daniel Craig is going to star in a TV show! It’ll be an adaptation of the Jonathan Franzen novel, Purity. (via TVLine)
- Call of Duty gave a nod to Marshawn Lynch after the NFL player seemed to announce his retirement via tweet during the Super Bowl. Lynch was the first athlete to appear in the CoD franchise. (via Polygon)
