Shark Week kicked off last night on the Discovery Channel, and it’ll be swimming right into our hearts all week. We were offered the chance to give some of our readers a Shark Week Treat from any of the merchandise available at TLCStore.com, and when we saw that one of the options was a dozen cupcakes from GeorgeTown Cupcakes obviously no other prize would do.

You can check out the details on these sugary-sharky treats here, and read about how to enter below!

  • One randomly chosen winner of our giveaway will receive one box of a dozen Shark Week cupcakes.
  • Once the winner is chosen, we’ll get their address info, and a box of cupcakes will be shipped overnight to them from GeorgeTown Cupcakes. This means that the winners must live in the United States.
  • The cupcakes are only available during Shark Week, so if you enter, stay on your toes for messages from us!

To enter, follow us on Twitter and Tweet this and exactly this, with no changes, by Wednesday, August 13th at 12pm EST:

I’d like to sink my teeth into these #sharkweekcupcakes thanks to @TheMarySue! http://bit.ly/1vm2VFl

We’ll pick one winner on Wednesday afternoon, and contact them by DM. DO follow us on Twitter in order for us to contact you. Anyone not following us will be disqualified. DO watch your direct messages! Since the cupcakes are only around for a limited time, we’d like to contact the winner as soon as possible. DO NOT enter if you do not live in the United States. Please don’t enter only to tell us that you did so accidentally, that’ll only delay us from contacting the real winner!

Remember, the contest will be closed by Wednesday at noon, so get tweeting! We just hope who ever wins shares with their friends. You know, just a few chums, with whom they enjoy turning on Discovery Channel and watching Shark Week with, and would never ever eat.
