Is anybody else as excited as I am about this movie coming out? Mordecai and Rigby are going on a serious sci-fi adventure, one that’s sure to change the very fabric of space time itself. Or it’s all one big prank. Who knows. Destroying space time seems like something they’d get themselves into. Definitely.
But this trailer is full of “wait, what?” and “oh, seriously?” moments that are sure to please anyone who’s spent any time with this show and its ridiculous cast of characters. I’ll put this out there right now: if you hurt Pops, I swear, I will hurt you.
The release schedule for the movie is fairly convoluted. It’ll run for a week at the Downtown Independent in Los Angeles, then it’ll hit the traditional distribution services, and then it’ll hit Cartoon Network at some unannounced point after that. Got that? Good.
