However, these people weren’t necessarily happy about what took place surrounding his presence at the event, especially the disrespect he was shown by the people at the venue.

The audience’s response during one of these camera moments at the FIFA World Cup Finals is gaining widespread attention on social media, especially on X (formerly Twitter), where videos of the incident have been widely shared. This person is none other than Donald Trump.
When Trump appeared on the screen at the event, the crowd audibly booed. However, his supporters are deciding to see things differently. Under posts sharing his video from the event, the MAGA crowd argues that they are not booing but cheering for Trump. Some also claim that these videos are doctored to make Trump look bad and harm his reputation.

After Spain was announced the winner of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, after receiving the trophy, they stepped onto the elevated ramp to celebrate their victory and have their group photo taken. However, while the picture was being taken, Donald Trump remained in the frame for too long, to the point that he ended up in the photo.
When the image was released, the FIFA World Cup’s social media page cropped Trump out, which many considered to be a major blow to his ego. The White House’s official social media account, however, posted another version of the same image with Trump included and captioned it as, “An EPIC @FIFAWorldCup in America comes to a close with President Donald J. Trump crowning the champions….The world came to watch, and America delivered. See you next time, FIFA ?”
