In 1994, we lived in a world where no one understood the Internet. Today, we live in a world where I can’t get people to understand that my hybrid car has exactly 0 miles of electric-only range and doesn’t plug into the wall. Hopefully, we will someday get to live in one where people understand new types of cars as well as they currently understand the Internet: at the minimum acceptable level to function in society.
