We’re in the middle of summer now and with a new month comes new Netflix additions. I hate the heat so, so much so I’m thrilled that we’re getting even more titles that’ll allow me to stay indoors with air conditioning.
Enjoy classics like Titanic, The Land Before Time, or E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. For more recent films, my boyfriend Dev Patel is amazing in Lion which will make you weep like a child and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will make you do the same.
In the category of Netflix originals, we’re getting the very first season of the animated Castlevania, the new dramedy Friends From College, The Worst Witch and more. I’m especially excited to see Jessica Williams in the comedy The Incredible Jessica James and Lily Collins in To The Bone, a film about anorexia that also stars Keanu Reeves.
The losses this month are pretty merciful (perhaps to make up for the many show cancellations?), but we will be losing the entirely of animated series Futurama so plan your marathons accordingly.
