Artist Luke Jerram has made a clever, sweet wedding ring that we guarantee you’ll see more of on the Internet for some time: A ring that doubles as a miniature projector. The ring contains a series of slides of the lucky couple, which can be viewed from the side or projected in a darkened room using a light source like a candle or LED.

Jerram, who writes that he gets contacted every week by people who want him to make them similar rings for their own weddings: “Congratulations on your engagement! I’m afraid this ring was a one off, made for my wife. I’m afraid you’ll have to make your own unique ring for your own unique partner!”

Just as impressive: Jerram’s engagement ring, which had his 20-second proposal to his soon-to-be-wife, Shelina, etched onto its surface, Thomas Edison’s-wax-cylinders-style, and which could be played on a miniature record player.
