McPherson College, a small, liberal arts college in Kansas, wanted to find a way to teach everyone how they can best utilize the resources of their library. So C. Michael Hall, Matt Upson, and Dustin Evans thought they’d create a comic series explaining the library — during a zombie apocalypse. And even though it was only meant for the McPherson College community, 650,000 people have downloaded the free PDF, with 79 new downloads a day. Want to take a look inside? Bring your cricket bat!

In the midst of a zombie attack, two students take shelter inside the library, where they search for the best ways to defeat the zombies with the help of actual McPherson faculty members.

The full comic can be read on the McPherson College blog, and a print version is also being produced.
