Watch An Epic Training Montage with Lewis Tan and Wonder Woman’s Stunt Double, Caitlin Dechelle

Lewis Tan has repeatedly set the internet on fire with his martial arts skills and the tantalizing possibility of Marvel casting him as Iron Fist. And Wonder Woman has set the box office on fire with its record-breaking haul. Now, you can enjoy both worldwide sensations at once! It turns out that Tan practices with fellow martial artist Caitlin Dechelle, who served as Gal Gadot’s stunt double in Wonder Woman – and he’s posted videos of their epic training montages.

You can also get to know Dechelle in the below interview with TomGirl. She spoke about her career, working with Jackie Chan, the demanding Wonder Woman shooting process, which stunts were her favorites, and what it was like to perform stunts and wire work in on-set locations like the beach battle. (She also defends Ronda Rousey, who she’s worked with, at around the 32-33 minute mark, so skip if you don’t want to listen to that; and host J.J. Jurgens gets super excited about Gadot’s time in the IDF at the 43-45 minute mark, so also skip if you don’t want to listen to that.)

Dechelle also spoke about what it was like to see the final, full fight scenes come together when the first trailers came out. “We shoot it in such pieces and bits,” she said, “so you know what you’re doing, and you know the fight as a whole – but it’s never really shot in whole…When you’re sitting there doing it, you know kind of what’s coming together and what’s happening, but to finally see it? You’re just like, ‘Woah.'”

So…when can we get Lewis Tan in the DC cinematic universe, and who do we want him to play?
