Jennifer Lawrence is often held up as a very down-to-earth celebrity, someone who is totally down with talking about the nitty gritty things that come with, well, being a human being. She doesn’t dress it up for folks in interviews, and to be completely honest, that’s totally refreshing. She was recently on The Late Show talking with Stephen Colbert about a righteous case of food poisoning she got while filming her latest movie, Joy.

Folks, she does not leave out any of the details, either. Apparently JLaw is totes cool with being a human being. That’s why she’s a real human being, and a real hero.

Don’t say you didn’t see that one coming.
