It’s been rumored for a while, but now it’s all officially official (or at the very least way more on the officially official side): Jack Huston will be the lead in that not-a-remake reboot of The Crow. The confirmation came when The Crow creator James O’Barr told Dread Central that Huston had “definitely been cast” and that he was “really happy with that choice.”

The film will reportedly start shooting in the next few months, making its appearance in theaters supposedly after we’ve already seen Huston as Mr. Wickham in Pride & Prejudice & Zombies and as Judah Ben-Hur in, well, Ben-Hur. Things you may have already seen Huston in: Boardwalk Empire, Kill Your Darlings (he played Kerouac), American Hustle.

What do you think of this Crow casting?
