Indiana man allegedly crashes car into home, claims he can’t stick around because he’s late for a doctor’s appointment
“I ain't ever seen a hit and walk."

When most people get into accidents, their remaining appointments for the day are usually canceled to deal with more pressing matters—like the accident itself. But that doesn’t seem to be the case for some. “Time is of the essence” has never rung truer—at least for one man in Indiana who allegedly crashed his car right into someone’s home but had to leave because he was supposedly late for a doctor’s appointment.
The rather bizarre incident that occurred in Beech Grove, Indiana, was shared by @catfishbilly5150 in a TikTok video that has since attracted more than two million views. In the video, a silver hatchback can be seen in a wrecked state after allegedly crashing into a house, with the front wheels at an unnatural angle and the airbags deployed.
The home, which appeared to belong to someone else in the video, was left with a giant hole and scattered debris, supposedly as a result of the crash. The man, however, seemed unfazed by the accident and instead focused on retrieving all of his belongings from inside the car.
Indiana man allegedly needs to get to his appointment
The video does not show or detail what exactly happened that led to a car nearly being parked inside someone’s home. But what caught everyone’s attention was the man’s reason for fleeing the scene.
A second angle, apparently recorded by the homeowner and shared by Madman1 (@madman_1one), whose video has over 11.8 million views, captured the conversation between the man and the homeowner. As he packed his belongings into his bag, the man, already seemingly annoyed by the disruption, turned to the homeowner and asked a question that would leave anyone in disbelief: “Hi, can I help you?”
“Yes! My f****** house, b****!” the homeowner responded. The man went on to say that he “didn’t mean to” drive the car straight into the house before claiming the gas pedal had “locked up” on him.
As the man finished packing his belongings, he quickly left the crash site, claiming he “gotta go to the doctor’s” while glancing at his watch. Another man, who appeared to be his companion, tried to stop him by saying he “probably shouldn’t be leaving.” But the man seemed determined to make it to his doctor’s appointment. There seems to be a pattern in some car crash cases, as a similar incident happened at a Kroger when a man was caught crashing his car into the store just to use the bathroom.
Similar to the homeowner, viewers were left bewildered by the man’s question. “Why he mad at you like it’s your fault,” one comment read. A second chimed in, saying, “He said ‘can I help you?’ Like he ain’t parked in your living room.”
He could face multiple charges
Some, however, directed their attention to the homeowner. “’I got s*** to do’ after he just hit your house? Why you just let him walk off smh,” a commenter wrote. Others focused on the metal box the man appeared to carry, and suspected that it may contain illegal substances and that the car was stolen. However, all of this remains unclear from the video alone.
While the incident was unfortunate for the homeowner, viewers couldn’t help but find amusement in the interaction as well. “I ain’t ever seen a hit and walk,” a commenter quipped. Another reacted to the man’s appointment claims, saying, “I don’t blame him.. If you’re more than 15 minutes late they make you reschedule.”
The comment rings true, as most doctors’ appointments require patients to reschedule if they arrive late—and sometimes even pay a fee for missing the appointment. More often than not, doctors’ schedules are packed, making it difficult to secure a timely appointment.
Meanwhile, if the man is caught, he is likely to be slapped with multiple charges. Some of his charges may include a Class A misdemeanor for criminal mischief, a Class B misdemeanor for reckless driving, and a Class B misdemeanor for leaving the scene.
