First Footage From The Direct-to-Video Toy Story Movie

i'll just leave this here

Ken was our least favorite part of Toy Story 3.  The number of jokes wrung out of characters being uncomfortable with his “femininity” seemed in poor taste to me in a kids movie, and in particular I found the idea of toys having a sense of gendernorms creepy. Then again, it’s been pointed out to me that if there’s anything that might be very sensitive to gender norms, it’s children’s toys. This logic was cold comfort.

So why am I posting this?

It’s the first appearance of LEGO minifigures in a Toy Story movie! Check it out!

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
