If you’re anything like us, you have fond ’90s memories of Earthworm Jim and Earthworm Jim 2, great platformers that doubled down on their solid gameplay with a quirky sensibility and absurdist humor. This new trailer for Earthworm Jim HD, courtesy of Joystiq, may be just what we need to bring back hope: It looks great in a retro way, there’s now multiplayer, and there are even new levels. And no, your eyes do not deceive you: In the screengrab above, it very much looks like Jim is doing battle with Keyboard Cat.
