Heads Up, D&D Fans, You’re Gonna Want to Check Out This 3-Day Livestreamed Extravaganza

Recommended Videos

Listen up, Dungeons and Dragons fans, you may need to cancel your plans this weekend. Starting tomorrow, an all-star cast of comedians, actors, and well-known online players are coming together for The Stream of Many Eyes, a three-day D&D extravaganza.

The event starts Friday with a tour of the incredible sets that have been built for their big liveplay adventures as well as a roundtable with the D&D team as they unveil a brand new storyline. Then start the play sessions, featuring D&D celebrities including Joe Manganiello, Deborah Ann Woll, Matthew Lillard, Matthew Mercer, and Satine Phoenix. Members of well-known groups like Critical Role, Girls Guts Glory, Dice, Camera, Action, and more will all be there playing live games. (You can see a more detailed schedule on the event website.)

This is going to be a super fun event for fans of Dungeons & Dragons, but anyone who’s new to the game or just thinking about trying it out should also consider checking out the stream. Online communities and Twitch streams are how most new players are finding their way to the game these days, and there’s never been a D&D Twitch stream like this one.

You can stream the whole event (#SoMEDND) at twitch.tv/dnd. For those of you in Los Angeles, you can also buy tickets to see it live. If you find yourself there this weekend, make sure to find me to say hello! I’ll be there, and I’ll posting the fun to The Mary Sue’s Instagram page.
