Friends go to Chili’s for triple dipper, then one of them ends up throwing a margarita in server’s face over being IDed: ‘This is Applebee’s behavior’

TikToker Poochina goes viral after sharing a storytime about an alleged altercation between his ex-friend and a Chili’s waitress. Now, he says he has to go to court to “testify” after the server sues his friend.

In a video with over 1.3 million views, TikToker Poochina (@poochina1777) posts a “get ready with me” as he prepares to head to the courthouse. Previous videos referencing the incident indicate that the Chili’s altercation happened around May 2025.

Poochina starts the video by recapping what went down at Chili’s. He says he ordered a triple dipper, and his friend, who he says was under 21, tried to order a margarita.

What happened at Chili’s?

“The waiter is like, ‘Oh yeah, sure, let me just see some ID. It’s just policy,'” he recounts. “My friend is like, ‘I don’t have an [expletive] ID just give me what I want.'”

Poochina says he was embarrassed by his friend’s attitude and notes that she has been arrested five times previously.

Suddenly, his friend sees another server walking by with three margaritas and decides to grab one.

The server confronts her and they begin going back and forth. His friend throws the margarita in the server’s face. The server punches his friend “five times” in the face.

Poochina says the manager calls the police, who arrest both the server and his friend. He says Chili’s fires the server on the spot.

“This is Applebee’s and Wafflehouse behavior,” he jokes. “We are at Chili’s. Like, come on.”

He asks for his triple dipper to go, and the manager says no and bans him from all Chili’s locations.

“What the [expletive] did I do?” he questions. “Now I have to go testify in my court.”

He claims that the server sued his friend for $1 just to prove a point. However, Poochina has not shared further updates on the court results.

Viewers react to the chaotic storytime

In the comments of the viral video, viewers suggest that he should drop his friend for removing his access to triple-dippers.

“No friendship is worth losing the triple dipper,” one writes.

“Friend you gone have to Uber Eats or door dash your chilis,” a second says.

“Chilis better un ban you! You didn’t do anything!” a third viewer exclaims.

In a comment, Poochina clarifies that he is no longer friends with her.

Others come to the server’s defense and understand her decision to sue.

“As a server she could’ve gotten fined for serving someone underage and lost her job she was just protecting herself and her job,” a viewer points out.

Another writes, “As a server i would lose my job too and sue for a a lot more then that we don’t get paid enough to deal with that.”
