During a recent interview following the release of The Avengers, Joss Whedon indicated that if he could return to any of his fandoms, it would be to Firefly: “You know, I love all my raggedy children,” he said. “But if I could be anywhere, I’d be on board Serenity.” It’s too bad he’s busy making a billion dollars from the Avengers franchise.
