A month after White House exit, Karoline Leavitt continues to vouch for Trump, threatening Americans against ‘extreme far-left liberals’

Despite her departure from the White House, former press secretary Karoline Leavitt is reminding everyone that her allegiances remain unchanged. She continues to devote her time to defending and upholding President Donald Trump and his administration, and her latest video circulating on social media is proof of that.
On Monday, Leavitt appeared on Fox News and told host Sean Hannity why Americans must avoid bringing Democrats into power in the November midterm elections. Stressing the need to “ruthlessly prosecute” their political opponents “as who they are,” Leavitt said that Democrats were “extreme far-right liberals who want to destroy” America’s economy and take away people’s private property.
Leavitt claimed that Democrats wanted to raise taxes and take away Americans’ “hard-earned money.” She also said Democrats wanted to “abolish prisons, abolish police, open our borders to insane people from all over this world and end America as we know her and love her.”
Leavitt’s comments drew severe criticism from netizens. While some people supported her, others did not. One person wrote under a video, “All bull rhetoric. False accusations. Poor political statements! Falsely accusing democrats of damage to this country!” Another individual said, “Karoline Leavitt Is So Very Good At Stating The Situation Clearly! A True Treasure For Conservatives! Thank You!”

Leavitt, criticizing Democrats, mentioned James Talarico, who will compete against Ken Paxton for Texas’s Senate seat. She pointed out that Talarico has reconsidered some of his previous public statements and comments. She referenced his past remarks about God being non-binary and noted that he now claims to speak on “biblical grounds”.
Clubbing people like Talarico into a group, Leavitt said, “Democrats are always incredibly disingenuous. They campaign as moderates. They do 360s on every single policy position they have to try to appeal to common sense, good-hearted Americans. But then, when they are elected, they govern as complete radical extreme liberal lunatics.”
Leavitt also brought former President Joe Biden into the conversation. She said, “Just look at Joe Biden. We had him just a couple of years ago in the Oval Office. He campaigned as a moderate in 2020, and then he opened our borders to murderers, terrorists, and criminals from all over this world, and he completely destroyed our economy.”
While Leavitt’s comments about Democrats, including Talarico and Biden, are up for debate, some people cited her “do 360s on every single policy position” remark and said the math didn’t add up. One individual wrote, “Doing 360? Isn’t that doing the same thing? I mean, had she said doing 180, I would have understood the context.” And that observation was valid. A 360-degree turn implies returning to the original position, suggesting Democrats are staying true to their campaign promises, which Leavitt likely didn’t intend to suggest.
Leavitt’s remarks come amid growing pressure on Republicans to secure the midterm elections, which now appear less promising than before. A contributing factor is Trump’s strict policies during his second term as President, which have received considerable criticism from Americans.
