She Stayed at the Hilton Orlando in Florida. Her Hotel Room Was Suspiciously Clean. She Found Out Why the Next Morning.

One of the worst things that could happen to someone on a trip is for them to lose their belongings. Nadine (@roxystar80) is visiting Orlando, Florida, for a convention. When she came back to her hotel, she noticed that her room was suspiciously clean.
She went to TikTok to talk about her experience staying at the Hilton Orlando. Nadine had been staying since Monday night, and by Wednesday, she had to go back to work. She wanted to prepare the items she’ll be using for the rest of her stay. So, she decided to arrange her clothes. Her pajamas and conference clothes went in the drawers. She also left her toiletries in the hotel room.
She wheeled her suitcase into the car, went to work, and drove home. A day after, she had an event she went to. Instead of driving home, Nadine chose to return to her hotel room late at night. She had a change of clothes prepared, including the outfit that she will be wearing for the conference. Knowing that, Nadine didn’t bring anything new with her but the clothes on her back.
“When I got to the hotel, I was like, man, my room is clean,” Nadine said. She thought it was a kind gesture from the staff, even though she put up the ‘do not disturb’ sign on her door. Nadine started looking for her sleeping clothes, and she couldn’t find them.
“Maybe I didn’t leave those pajama pants here,” she thought at the time. Because it was already late at night, Nadine gave up her search, brushed her teeth, then went to bed.
But when she woke up the next morning, that’s when Nadine realized that her room had been wiped. Most of her belongings were gone.
All of her items have mysteriously disappeared
She checked the drawers for her clothes, and Nadine said she found nothing. She panned the camera to show the empty drawers on TikTok. Then, she remembered that she also had sodas and coconut water in the fridge.
But when she opened it, the mini-fridge was also empty.
“My snacks are gone. My shower stuff is gone, but my toothbrush and toothpaste are still here,” she stated. Nadine also remembered leaving her baseball cap and conference materials in the room. However, the baseball cap and those documents have also disappeared.
Nadine alerted the hotel front desk about the situation. She alleged that the front desk merely told her to check the lost and found. It’s about as helpful as that experience one woman had, where hotel staff told her they’d compensate her for the Wi-Fi charge after she found something disgusting in her room.
“Literally, all I have is my jacket and the clothes I wore yesterday,” Nadine said. She also added that she didn’t want to check the lost and found bin for her items. Nevertheless, Nadine went to her event, still wearing her cowboy boots and tank top.
Did she get her stuff back from the hotel?
In a separate video, she said that perhaps the hotel made an honest mistake. However, Nadine was not satisfied with the customer service she experienced. Aside from being relegated to searching the lost and found herself, Nadine also experienced a lack of customer service at the front desk.
When she requested water from the front desk, explaining that her soda and snacks were taken, they told her to go to the convenience store or go to the bathroom’s water fountain. Nadine said that the response annoyed her because her items were missing, and yet the hotel couldn’t even provide her bottled water for the sake of courtesy.
Later on, the hotel confirmed that their housekeeping was responsible for clearing Nadine’s room. Although they were able to locate her baseball cap, the management couldn’t find the rest of her belongings.
