Woman asked a biker to do her one favor. Then he showed up with divorce papers for her husband on Mother’s Day

Mother on TikTok rejoices after her abusive ex-husband receives divorce papers

Mother’s Day is usually celebrated with cake and flowers, but Ariel (@arielbastion20) on TikTok had a different way of commemorating the day. As a woman who came from an abusive marriage, nothing gave her more happiness than having a tough guy deliver her divorce papers to her soon-to-be ex-husband.

“When you get a random biker boy to serve your abusive husband his divorce papers,” her caption reads. It’s not a fake POV from TikTok—just a woman filming a biker man deliver the document to her husband.

In another video without music overlay, it was shown that not one, but two biker men confronted her husband. After one biker dropped the papers off, another taller biker appeared and said, “You got served, bitch!”

The husband helplessly sat, hunched down by his car, while the two bikers walked away with smiles on their faces. No woman deserves to be in an abusive marriage. For those in these dire situations, freedom is the best way to celebrate Mother’s Day. Social media was intrigued by the interaction, with many expressing support for Ariel.

One comment wrote, “You know he was shaking when those two approached him!” For a man without a conscience, being intimidated by tough guys should effectively strike fear in his heart.

Another person on TikTok said, “He said it with his whole chest on behalf of all of us.”

Meanwhile, one woman claimed to be the mother of the biker man who served the papers to the husband. She proudly claimed, “That’s my son the one who served the papers.” It would be hard to find a mother that wouldn’t cheer her son on for putting an abusive man in his place.

Making a career out of serving divorce papers

Couldn’t Ariel have done it herself? And did she have to hire bikers to do the deed?

No, as dramatic as movies are, divorce documents are served by third-party individuals. As long as they’re not related to anyone in the divorce proceedings, they should be able to serve the papers.

It’s possible that Ariel picked out the toughest guys to intimidate her soon-to-be ex, but they didn’t have to be professionals at the job.

But for those wondering if there’s a career path for delivering legal documents, there absolutely is. With the right qualifications, anyone could make a living as a “process server”—either full-time or part-time. It’s a job that needs licensure in most states, though.

One comment in the original video said that it was their job to deliver 200 divorce papers at one point. This person was likely a process server, and they’re an integral part of the legal system. Their job is to deliver legal documents to people involved in court cases. They deliver civil case documents such as debt collection or divorce. While process servers don’t serve arrest warrants, they do notify recipients that a criminal charge involving them has been filed.

It would be an interesting thought to have a biker process server deliver an arrest warrant to a gangster under arrest, though. But that’s not how it works. For criminal cases, law enforcement will be the ones responsible for serving arrest warrants and the like, given that it often comes with safety hazards.

Putting career prospects aside, people have two options when they need papers served. They can either get a process server to do the job or be like Ariel and get two bikers to send a message.
