Oreo Releasing New Flavor That Has The Internet Buzzing
Oreo is reaching back for some nostalgia this summer. And, fans of these delectable cookies are already scheming on multiple boxes.
Today people figured out that Oreo would be offering a special Firecracker pop flavor of their sandwich cookies. For those of you out there confused, think Bomb Pops but in cookie form. As one of those iconic summer treats that everybody has had at some point in their life, people were excited to see these floating all over social media.
They are only available on Oreo’s website as of the time of writing. So, if you want to get in on the Firecracker Oreo fun, you could head over there to get them now. We also assume this is a limited time deal, so you might want to act fast if you want to try them out for your 4th of July or other summer gatherings.
As the comments have noted time and time again, this is the 250th anniversary of America this Summer. Both the government and a lot of people out there are excited to really tie one on for July 4th this year. However, maybe that’s not your bag. Maybe you’re just in the mood to eat a bomb pop flavored cookie. Because, what sounds better after hitting the hot dogs and burgers hard than that?

Oreo debuts new Firecracker Pop flavor
Luckily for anyone wondering, Oreo is planning to bring these to stores nationwide on May 4th. That means you won’t have to go directly through the website. But, with these limited edition flavors, there’s always people looking to stock up. So, that Oreo website is gonna be your best bet at securing a stockpile of these this summer.
Inside the vanilla flavored sandwich cookies, we’ve got blue Raspberry, Lemon, and cherry flavored cream stacked on top of each other. The entire result is very patriotic but also scientifically engineered for people who have a serious sweet tooth.
For those so inclined, they’re probably going to look amazing on a tray for your barbecues. Well, until someone comes along and takes an entire row because a Bomb Pop cookie is probably going to be pretty popular.
Doordash actually has these available if you’re lucky enough to have a store nearby that already got stock. But, with that fervor online, expect other cookie fans to snatch up a lot of the packages. Heck, if they haven’t done that already!
