MoistCr1TiKaL blasts Trump Mobile for slow deliveries

Streamer MoistCr1TiKaL, also known as Charlie, posted a twelve-minute-long video about Trump Mobile’s T1 Trump phone. Despite having ordered months ago, Charlie claims he is yet to receive the item.
Trump Mobile, owned by the Trump Organization, promised to release the phones sometime in the summer of 2025. Charlie brings this information up and then recalls how the company has repeatedly pushed back the phone’s release date.
“It is still complete radio silence from Trump himself and Trump Mobile as an organization. They haven’t squeaked out a peep about where the T1 phone is, more than happy to accept hundreds of dollars from tons and tons of Americans, yet not too gung-ho about actually delivering that product or at least keeping you updated on the whereabouts of it,” Charlie alleged. To date, this is his third video about Trump Mobile.
Charlie reminds viewers that the phones are not made in the United States. Instead, Trump Mobile says that the T1 phone is “designed with American values in mind.” It’s a cop-out to market the phone as patriotic, even if it wasn’t produced in the United States.
But for a product requiring a $100 deposit and $499 in full? It couldn’t be made in the United States.
No sign of the T1 phone on planet Earth
Charlie continues his criticism, “I have not seen a single piece of evidence to confirm that there is actually a T1 device on this fucking planet. I don’t even think god can get his hands on one right now if he asked.”
The streamer then brings up the Trump family’s history of drop-shipping items and marking them up significantly for branding’s sake.
“I thought for sure he’d do the classic Trump thing of grabbing some dogshit from China and dropshipping it over here for a huge markup. But he’s not even doing that much—not even doing the bare-minimum tiddlywinks of providing a product for money.” Charlie made an example of the Trump Bible that’s been absurdly overpriced all because it was signed by Trump, even if it was merely a mass-produced product from China.
Charlie isn’t alone in his grievance with the T1 phone. Other outlets like NPR, the Associated Press, and the Financial Times have all reported on the phone’s shipping delays. It’s speculated that the product is not yet ready, and there are doubts that it will even come to fruition.
An awkward customer service encounter
Charlie called customer service, and a certain ‘Makayla’ picks up. But strangely, the call became garbled and was eventually dropped.
To that, Charlie commented, “I guess Trump Mobile was experiencing some kind of EMP blast or something that was shaking the system.”
He tried to call again, and another customer service representative picked up. Prior to his calls in his latest video, Charlie mentioned the other excuses given to him in the past. At first, they said the phone was not ready because of the government shutdown—by itself, it’s a strange comment to make because the US Postal Service is independently funded. When Charlie called another time, they said that it would be ready by March.
All this led to the third video. Finally, a customer service representative successfully picked up and had a conversation with Charlie. After getting his details, the customer service representative revealed that most of the phones have not yet been shipped and are expected to be by the end of April 2026.
If this claim is true, there are Trump phones out there in existence—being used by eager Trump fans. But with all the pushbacks in shipping? It appears as if Trump is not delivering his promised phones. On that end, Charlie isn’t surprised.
