‘He’s constantly on vacation’: JD Vance just said that he does nothing besides following Trump’s order
It may seem like JD Vance isn’t doing much as the Vice President of the United States, but that’s not the case. He actually carries out one of the most crucial tasks, which is to follow Trump’s orders.
In a recent episode of her podcast, Pod Force One, host Miranda Devine interviewed JD Vance, who appeared to struggle while responding to a question about his role as Vice President of the United States. Rather than providing a direct answer, Vance resorted to deflecting, a tactic that has been repeatedly used by Republicans in the past couple of months and before that.
JD Vance claimed that former Vice President Kamala Harris did nothing during her time in office under the Biden administration. He even expressed envy over her routine and a desire to follow it, stating that she could sleep until one o’clock in the afternoon and enjoy drinks afterwards. While he elaborated on his thoughts further, he still failed to provide a clear response to Devine’s question. His remarks were vague and ultimately revealed that he primarily does what Trump asks him to do.
After JD Vance’s exchange with Miranda Devine started to trend on social media, clips of the interview were shared on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), leading to a variety of opinions. One user on X commented on a clip from the interview, claiming they had the answer to the question that Vance had difficulty answering. They stated:
“I have the answer…..He’s constantly on vacation”
Another user pointed out:
“He really said this? When Kamala Harris describes her routine as waking up hella early to exercise before working her ass off all day? While he vacations and shitposts constantly instead of actually working? Vance is nothing but White Male Mediocrity just trying to invalidate Black Female Excellence, imo. Also, this is slander”
Others chimed in with their criticism of Vance, labelling his remarks as slanderous and inappropriate. Where is the lie?
