Everyone Is Apparently Cast in Knives Out 2, According to Twitter

Rian Johnson’s Knives Out took the world by storm. Breathing new life into the idea of a whodunit, the movie brought an all-star cast and was one of the great murder mysteries of the last decade. So now that we’re getting two sequels, fans are excited to figure out who is cast! So excited that they’re just making up their own casts now.

Yes, everyone is making fun of who is being cast in Knives Out 2—not the cast itself (we love everyone that has been cast so far) but rather the constant influx of news about the upcoming sequel. Every day we see a headline about who is joining the cast of Knives Out 2 ,and so now fans have started to make a bit of fun.

Whether it is willing your favorite celebrity to be in the next Knives Out movie (or maybe the third, because that’s also happening) or just saying you, yourself, have been cast, everyone jumped in to join the lineup for Rian Johnson’s latest hit.

I, personally, thought I was safe making a joke about Knives Out 2 and saying that I was cast in the movie with Pedro Pascal. Clearly, I was wrong. I accidentally tricked like 4 people.

The jokes were wide-ranging and fun, and honestly, what if Knives Out 2 were just a collection of our memes come to life?

While the cast of Knives Out 2 is great so far (with Leslie Odom Jr. joining the cast, as well!), it is still growing, and everyone online likes to make jokes—mainly because it seems as if we’re getting a new casting announcement every other day. So, if that is what it takes to get some of these funny memes about Johnson’s next whodunit, then so be it.

The mystery of it all is who is really going to be in the cast of Knives Out 2 by the end of it all. Can Rian Johnson just do one of those picture mural things that makes a bigger picture, and we can all send in a picture and then really be a part of Knives Out 2?
