Rooster Teeth’s Spy Parody The Eleven Little Roosters Is One Giant Scavenger Hunt

Recommended Videos

It’s no secret that Rooster Teeth fans are passionate. The company has amassed dedicated supporters who’ve helped them produce numerous web series, a crowd-funded feature film and two conventions—RTX Austin and RTX Sydney. That’s pretty impressive considering the company began with a group of guys dubbing over Halo gameplay. The Eleven Little Roosters, the follow up to the murder mystery The Ten Little Roosters, is the latest addition to their packed lineup and features a standalone storyline so newcomers and veterans alike can join in on the fun.

“I’m always trying to find ways to get [Rooster Teeth fans] to interact with each other,” says Josh Flanagan, alongside Blaine Gibson, who co-wrote and directed the series. The plot centers on one of the “Little Roosters,” who is tricked into assassinating another. This leads to an emergency investigation to smoke out the culprit. What follows next is a scavenger hunt parodying the likes of James Bond and Jason Bourne, starring a few characters familiar to the tight-knit community. “It’s like the Avengers: Infinity Wars of Rooster Teeth,” Flanagan added. Among the lineup are Barbara Dunkelman as Agent Moose, Geoff Ramsey as Boomerang Geoff, and Ashley Jenkins and Blaine Gibson as the CIA.

The interactive show will challenge fans to predict different plot points week by week. They’ll have to watch carefully for clues such as QR codes, riddles hidden in the dialogue, and secret audio cues. And don’t forget to look out for new characters such as a “trio of badass women” to be revealed just in time for the first episode.
