This election has been off the rails for quite some time now. Make no mistake. If last night’s GOP debate was any indication, then it’s clear that some… new blood might be needed in Washington. Enter Frank Underwood, the ruthless whip-turned-vice-president-turned-president from Netflix’s House of Cards, who “announced” his intention to run for president in 2016 last night.
That’s right. FU 2016.
Seriously though, Netflix could not have picked a better time to announce a brand new season of House of Cards than during last night’s GOP debacle–er, uh. Debate. Sorry. Those keys are like, right next to each other.
It’s amusing to think of the kind of fun someone like Underwood would have with the current GOP candidates. God, he would eviscerate them.
