New Arkham Game Batman: Arkham Knight Just Unveiled With a Batmobile and Announcement Trailer

Finally, Rocksteady, the studio behind the first two Arkham games, is coming back to the series with the next entry announced today, Batman: Arkham Knight. They're coming back in style, too, with an all new Batmobile which seems to draw heavy inspiration from "The Tumbler" in the Dark Knight movies.

Finally, Rocksteady, the studio behind the first two Arkham games, is coming back to the series with the next entry announced today, Batman: Arkham Knight. They’re coming back in style, too, with an all new Batmobile which seems to draw heavy inspiration from “The Tumbler” in the Dark Knight movies, because tank-driving Batman is the best Batman.

Looks like I’ll be buying a new console this year after all, because the game is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC at an unspecified date in 2014. Here you go, early adopters: this is the game you’ve been waiting for—unless you’re waiting for some other game, and then I do not understand you.

From the looks of the trailer, as well as just the inclusion of a Batmobile, it seems that the new game will feature an even more open world than Arkham City with a lot of emphasis on driving. GTA: Batman Edition? Yes, please. Where do I sign up for that?
