If There Was A Doctor Who Anime Made in 1989, This Is What It Would Have Looked Like

This twelve and a half minute long cartoon was made by Paul Johnson working completely alone, so cut it some slack on the visual quality and just enjoy its revival of vintage anime tropes; from the bare midriff or schoolgirl skirt of every female character and the nearly incomprehensible half symbolic plot to the token black military character. Yes, that’s the third Doctor, Daleks, Cybermen (who are a surprisingly anime ready concept), the Brigadier, Sutekh the Destroyer, and a few Time Masters.
