Officially Official

Ben Savage & Danielle Fishel Make Our 90s Dreams Come True: Sign On For Boy Meets World Sequel

When we found out Disney was working on a sequel series to the 90s sitcom Boy Meets World I just about blew a gasket. Normally I’d balk at such an idea but the plan was to revolve the story around Cory and Topenga’s daughter and call it Girl Meets World. The Boy Meets World Sequel Series Sounds Even More Awesome Than We Imagined

Last week we told you Disney was putting together a Boy Meets World sequel series, Girl Meets World. At first glance we assumed it was another terrible idea from Hollywood but then we found out it was going to follow Cory and Topanga’s daughter and (hopefully) star the original two actors and we were sold. Thanks to some casting calls, we know a little more about where the new series will take us and it’s someplace really cool.

Boy Meets World Sequel Series On The Way Called Girl Meets World (Holy Crap!)

Your immediate reaction might be to groan but hold off. Disney is planning a new television series that would act as a sequel to the 1993 sitcom, Boy Meets World. Why is this good news? The series will be titled Girl Meets World and feature Cory and Topanga’s daughter in the lead role. My 1990s feels just came a’knockin’.
