Every time I see one of these Facebook infographics I face the reality that I am a statistically weird Facebook user. I could chalk that up to being the kind of user who was around when it was thefacebook.com and only worked for a few dozen American colleges, but that would be the hipster’s way out.

    Well, I’m a fellow out of the ordinary user, than. I’m of the XX persuasion. I’ve had my facebook since… October last year (or thereabouts). I’ve only changed my profile picture a total of five times. Two of those five were mistakes and were redone. That’s less than the supposed average man!

    I have had 1 profile photo in the year I’ve been on. My husband has 4 in the same amount of time.

    I just have a great photo of me. I’m keeping it there!

    Since 2008, I have had a grand total of… ten profile pictures. And one of those is Flareon.

    O.o  I have the exact average # of profile photos, six of which are self portraits I drew/painted for class… but I’ve had facebook for almost six years, and have just never deleted a profile photo.  So I guess on average I change my picture ever so slightly more than 4 times a year.  I can’t imagine paying enough attention to facebook to constantly change my picture.
