@eatfigsnotpigs (Jules) alleges she went to a doctor’s appointment at a clinic that was supposed to close at 4 p.m. In a TikTok video, she said that by the time she started recording, it was 13 minutes past close and no one had shown up.
As Jules panned her camera around the room, it showed no one there. She opened the cupboards, which held little more than a few files, something commenters later pointed out shouldn’t have been left unattended.
After searching the room, Jules opened the door into the hallway and called out for anyone to respond. Still, no one did.

After finding the lobby empty, Jules turned to the exit gate. To her horror, it had been shut from the outside. “I’m literally locked in. Are you f—ing kidding me?” she said, frantically trying and failing to open it.
Commenters were just as stunned, and many suggested ways Jules could pursue the matter. One user wrote, “I would honestly report the office. Because what do you mean you aren’t cleaning or checking rooms before close.” Another commented, “I would call 911 and let them know I was locked inside. Let them explain it to the licensing board.” It’s not the only time being locked in by a service provider has forced someone to find their own way out; one TikToker says an Uber driver locked her and a friend inside the car until they escaped.
Some users shared stories of experiences similar to Jules’s. One user said, “Happened to me at my OB appt. They opened the door to turn off the light, and I was sitting on the table in my paper gown.” Another remarked, “This happened to a clinic I used to work for, and you just won your first out-of-court settlement.” Jules isn’t the only patient to walk away from an appointment with a strange story; one New Yorker’s visit to an AI doctor took an unexpected turn of its own.

In a video she uploaded shortly after, Jules, seemingly sitting in the same room as before, said she had been waiting for a PCP appointment for six months, calling healthcare a “scam” and her experience “weird.” Partway through, the doctor knocked, came in, and examined her.
People in the comments asked Jules whether this video was a follow-up to the previous one, but she didn’t reply to any of the comments. Some pointed out that her videos looked like skits rather than real incidents, and a look at both clips shows why.
She also appears to be wearing the same top, makeup, and nail extensions in both. Despite the overlap, Jules hasn’t offered any clarification, leaving viewers to draw their own conclusions.
