Woman Has Her Neighbor Knocking at Her Door and Ringing Her Bell. She Calls 911 to Report Him: ‘He Has No Pants’
No-one should have to experince something like this.

Being a woman can sometimes be terrifying, and Monica Lynne’s (@its.monicalynne’s) story proves why. In a TikTok video, Lynne said she called 911 after her neighbor, who had recently moved across the hallway in her apartment building, repeatedly knocked on her door while masturbating and rang her doorbell. However, unfortunately, she did not receive a response from the concerned authorities.
What made matters worse was that the man allegedly wasn’t wearing pants or shoes while masturbating, which made Lynne think that he was under the influence of drugs. She also said the man said he was locked out of the apartment and needed her help, then refused to stop knocking,
Lynne said that it had been around 45 minutes since she made the 911 call, but nobody arrived. She said she called back to cancel her complaint because she believed their response would be delayed and wouldn’t lead to the anticipated results. “Because the cops are gonna show up at what? 2 o’clock in the f–king morning to wake me up and be like, ‘we don’t see him,’” Lynne said, before adding that she was trying hard not to “pepper-spray” the man in her hallway.
“He was trying to get at you, sis”
One of the most concerning points Lynne mentioned was that the man was wearing an ankle monitor and offering her money. This indicates some kind of criminal activity, meaning things could have turned much worse than they already were, as in the case of a Dallas woman who heard her hotel room door open and close, only to later realize a man was in her room.
People in the comments section of Lynne’s post were worried about her safety. One said, “He was, in fact, not locked out of his apartment. He was trying to get at you, sis.” Another user said, “Call your apartment’s office first thing in the morning there’s no excuse for this. Drunk high whatever you cannot guarantee he won’t get this intoxicated again and do this again.”
A few others expressed disappointment over the police inaction. One user commented, “If I had a dollar for every time the police have failed someone, I would be rich.” Another stated, “The police officially failed at protecting you. This is a travesty. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.”
Lynne provided more information in another video
In a follow-up video, Lynne mentioned that the police eventually arrived at the location, but not for her. It turns out that, between the man’s trips to Lynne’s door, he had gone to the back of the apartment, where the building’s security guard noticed him not wearing pants or underwear. Not just that, the man allegedly also encountered a couple and threatened to beat and kill the man and his pregnant wife. Angered by it, the man allegedly beat the man and called the cops on him.
Lynne learned that the man had become involved in complex drug dealings with Mexicans and was in danger, but she expressed doubt about this in the video. Her experience is frightening but not uncommon. Like Lynne, another woman was harassed at her home after she helped a homeless person.
One can only hope that the world becomes safer for women, so incidents like this happen less often. Unfortunately, it’s a long road ahead, and there’s a lot that needs to be done.
