US Influencer’s Chili’s Outing With Underage Friend Leads to Employee Firing. Now They Are Testifying at Court Against Her
The double decker can wait

Most of us have at least one friend whose behavior isn’t really guided by typical social rules but by personal preferences. That friend is often the one who puts you in embarrassing situations during interactions with others. Personally, I have many such friends, and they are probably my favorites, but it’s also true that sometimes what they do is just too much to handle. Take TikTok user @poochina1777, for example.
Just five days ago, they posted a video on TikTok talking about how one of their friends got them into trouble while visiting a Chili’s restaurant. The friend who accompanied @poochina1777 to Chili’s got into a heated argument and even a physical fight with a waiter over a margarita, which the waiter refused to serve because she was underage. Now, after everything that happened, @poochina1777 has to testify in court about the incident. Truly iconic if you ask me, but also borderline scary.
TikTok user @poochina1777 is testifying at court for a friend
As mentioned earlier, five days ago, @poochina1777 uploaded a video on their TikTok account in which they explained that they were going to court over a matter involving one of their friends. They elaborated that one day, they and their friend went to Chili’s to get some food and drinks. While @poochina1777 ordered a double-decker, their friend wanted a margarita; however, she was underage.
The waiter asked @poochina1777’s friend for her ID to serve her the margarita, but she refused, saying she was paying for the drink and shouldn’t have to show any ID or prove her age. The waiter then refused to serve her the drink. A moment later, when another waiter was passing by with three margaritas, she reached out and tried to grab one. When she was called out for her actions, she threw the drink in the waiter’s face. Seconds later, they started throwing punches, and the situation escalated into a full-blown physical altercation. The manager had to step in, and the police arrested the two girls, while the waiter was fired immediately. @poochina1777 wanted to take the double-decker they ordered to go, but instead, the manager banned them from Chili’s entirely. As highlighted earlier, @poochina1777 is to testify in court about the case, which they mention in their video, along with the fact that the waiter is suing their friend for just one dollar, indicating she isn’t seeking any monetary gain but is suing just for the hell of it.
People are having a good laugh over @poochina1777’s story
People find @poochina1777’s TikTok video, where they talk about being banned from Chili’s and their friend getting arrested after a physical fight with a Chili’s staff member, very entertaining. User @torijoyb9 said, “Honestly you need a reality tv show because I’d be sat.” User @thereganshow commented, “You are fascinating.”
Many people wanted to tell @poochina1777 that they should stop being friends with the person who caused so much trouble. User @kaylee_skye_ said, “I’m not hearing the EX part of friend.” User @clanm_ asked, “why is this your friend”
