Lucas Pope’s award-winning game, Papers, Please, has been adapted into a ten-minute short film that you can view on either YouTube (see above) or Steam. In the game, the player acts as a border patrol employee who must decide who to let into the country and who to reject. It’s a game which mimics the moral dilemmas, fears, and humanity of people living under totalitarian regimes.
Now, the game has been made into a film. Though the dialogue is delivered in Russian, subtitles are available in 22 different languages on the YouTube version. (via Polygon)

- Do you live in or around San Francisco? For the 30th anniversary of My Neighbor Totoro!, Her Universe and the Japanese bookstore Kinokuniya USA have created a Studio Ghibli pop-up shop in San Francisco, CA. It’ll be open from February 24, 2018 to March 9, 2018.
