‘The Sam Smith?!’ London Person Recommends Sandwich Bread at Hampstead. People Couldn’t Believe Who the New Food Influencer on TikTok is

‘The Sam Smith!’ London Man Recommends Sandwich Bread at Hampstead. People Couldn’t Believe Who the New Food Influencer on TikTok is.

There’s no shortage of food vloggers and influencers on TikTok, but nobody expected Sam Smith to enter the ring. Their account, Sam Served (@sam.served), is dedicated to their food finds and recommendations.

“Hi, Piggies! Welcome to Hampstead, England,” said someone in shades. It was none other than Grammy Award-winning singer Sam Smith, sitting on a ledge to recommend a local bakery.

“We’re going to take you to this place called Karma Bread. They’re known for their beautiful bread, but I know them for their big, juicy, toasty sandwiches,” the singer said, adding that the establishment was their go-to place whenever they had hangovers in their 20s.

They went in and spoke to Tami Isaacs Pearce, the owner of Karma Bread Bakery. When asked by Smith what product sells out the most, she said that it was the grilled cheese. She said that they’re “iconic and legendary.”

Based on the recommendation, Smith got a grilled cheese sandwich and a tuna melt.

“We got it, Piggies!” they said, holding out the bag of bread from the bakery. Smith calls their food vlog fans “piggies.” After a brief run to the park area, they seemed flushed and exhausted. They sat by a rock for a picnic-style vlog.

An unlikely, but effective food influencer

“Oh my god, I’m transported,” Smith said after one bite of the juicy grilled cheese sandwich. It was dripping with melted cheese, and the buns were toasted to a warm, golden brown. The singer added, “It’s just how I remember it. The cheese is delicious; the bread is divine.”

They went on with the tuna melt, and the new food influencer looked like they couldn’t get enough of it.

“That’s my favorite,” they said of the tuna melt. “I’m telling you, this is the best hangover cure,” they said, swearing by their local bakery. Smith even did a little happy dance after having bites of their favorite sandwich.

“Go to Karma Bread, London, Hampstead. Get beautiful bread, and if you’re in need of a fat, juicy, cheese toasty—this is the place to go,” they said. Smith is an unlikely food influencer, but they seems completely effective, with fans on the comment section craving what they just ate on screen.

Some were convinced that the bread was good all because of the heart-shaped pretzels Smith held up from the store. One commenter also said, “Those toasties look FILTHY. I need one.”

Since when did Sam Smith become a food influencer?

But many more were shocked that Sam Smith is on TikTok, food vlogging. A TikTok comment from the video reads, “Sam Smith?! Like THE Sam Smith?!”

Another wrote, “How many chapters did I miss? When did Sam become an influencer?” Upon closer inspection, it wasn’t long ago since Smith started vlogging about food.

At the time of the release of the Karma Bread video, they’ve only made thirteen posts on their food influencer account. Smith is now a certified foodie who sometimes sings about chicken wings and recommends food items and restaurants. Their first video was about the iconic Lao Gan Ma chili sauce, which was posted on February 7, 2026.

The last time the internet was this surprised about a singer running a food account on the side was when Lorde confessed to secretly rating onion rings on Instagram. Needless to say, Sam Smith becoming a food influencer is a development nobody expected in 2026. Nevertheless, it’s welcomed by social media.
