Illustrator Confirms Terry Pratchett’s Final Book Will Be Published, Feature Tiffany Aching

Following Sir Terry Pratchett’s death last week at 66, illustrator Paul Kidby has confirmed that Pratchett completed his final book last summer.

The Shepherd’s Crown, a book about Pratchett’s young witch Tiffany Aching, is apparently set to be published next fall; Kidby is working on the interior illustrations for the book and told io9 that “Pratchett was indeed able to complete The Shepherd’s Crown last summer, before he succumbed to the final stages of his illness.”
