In case you weren't already aware, Tesla Motors' Elon Musk and The New York Times' John M. Broder have been involved in something of a brouhaha ever since Broder published a rather damning evaluation of Tesla's Supercharger network, and therefore their Model S electric vehicles, on the East Coast last Friday. Essentially, Musk and Tesla contend that Broder essentially sabotaged his own review, and Broder argues that everything he did during the review was justified. Electric vehicles have a tendency to be really, really quiet. On the one hand, that's sort of awesome, but on the other hand, it can be incredibly dangerous to have heavy, silent machines darting around at high speeds. That's why most electric vehicles have safety sounds, simulated engine noises that alert people of its presence and just make it sound like less of a toy. Domino's, instead of opting for standard motor noises for one of its electric scooters, decided to do something just slightly different that is not only funny, but gets their name out too.
