Considering how much the Stranger Things kids love games, and also the amazing fan-made Stranger Things chiptune/8-bit tributes we’ve seen, it’s no surprise that Netflix has given fans a retro Stranger Things infinite runner game.

I played as Mike Wheeler from the show, but you can also play as Pablo Escobar from Narcos, Piper Chapman from Orange Is the New Black, or Marco Polo from Marco Polo. Accompanied by the show’s theme song, you jump over obstacles (guards if you’re Mike, trays if you’re Piper, etc.) and collect power-ups that’ll give you an assist. In Stranger Things mode, this means Eleven runs past and protects you.

I haven’t gotten past the Demogorgon yet, but you can bet I’ll be spending most of my afternoon trying. Give it a go here.
