Yesterday we showed you an exclusive clip of Yahoo Global News Anchor Katie Couric‘s World 3.0 feature “Rise of the Female Superhero,” and now we’re pleased to be able to present the piece to you in its entirety!

We’ve still got a long way to go in terms of diversity and representation (it’s telling to see that the stars represented here from television or movie comic properties are still all white), but it’s interesting to see a mainstream news outlet’s take on our little niche in geek culture.
