I can’t say, but yes. I can’t say anything definitive, but it’s exciting to be in talks with them about it… I think Marvel is really ballsy to think outside the box, and I think everyone they’ve talked to and hired has been interesting. Patty Jenkins, probable director of Thor 2, to Vulture.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what it sounds like in the movie industry when things are for realz. Jenkins also talked about how she’s prepping for the job by talking about what she’s reading, sort of.

“Right now, I’m reading all of … I can’t say.”

Frankly, this just might be a very savvy estimation of the rumor generating powers of fans: don’t tell us what you’re reading, and we can’t make plot speculation.
